We plan for our vacations, our birthdays, our retirement and many other life stage events. Yet, we rarely ever think about planning for the final stage of our lives.

Towards the end of their lives, people commonly spoke about a tinge of regret — perhaps not enough loving words were spoken, or not much care was shown, or there was a need to apologize for doing something hurtful, or thanked a special someone.

We encourage one to write a "Last letter"-it will speak on our behalf when we leave.
